Un organised and rude. Even though an appointment was made to have tyres changed and tracking done. Arriving 10 minute early, he couldnt locate the tyre ( which was the only one in its size left) and when he did find it and change it he then went on to do what appeared to be a friends car before informing us he couldn't do our tracking as he was too busy. After travelling from the other side of Abergavenny we were very un happy.
